Typhoon Hagibis sets in amid Rugby World Cup cancellations in Japan

Rain heavy wind and tornadoes have arrived with all Typhoon Hagibis.
The states have already seen Englands Pool C clash with France at Yokohama and also New Zealands final Pool B match against Italy named off.
A determination will be reached in 12am (BST) on Sunday over if Scotland along with World Cup hosts Japans crucial Pool A encounter in Yokohama will go ahead.
