Giro d’Italia winner Richard Carapaz will be not able to take part in the Tour of Britain due to a delay.
Carapaz was also scheduled to become part of a Movistar.
The Ecuadorian would have joined the following climber Mikel Landa and acquired his first Grand Tour name in Italy.
Carapaz combine Team Ineos, where among the have been confirmed on contracts and will finish his affiliation with Movistar.
Eddie Dunbar and Ben Swift have also committed their future Ineos, who shot over as sponsors before in 2019 after revealing Chris Lawless would stay with the team earlier in the week.
Irishman Dunbar has already signed a deal while Swift, the current British road race winner, will remain with the group for the subsequent couple of years.
Both passengers will be at Glasgow on Saturday on the start line to Britain’s Tour.
„I feel as though I have discovered a renewed enthusiasm and inspiration for the game this year, therefore this new contract seems rewarding for many reasons,“ Swift said.
„I think that’s down to the team along with how I have been riding this year. When you are really happy someplace and the surroundings of the group suits you enjoy it does for me , it truly allows you to get the best out of yourself“
