Bookmakers have cut odds on Chelsea starlet Mason Mount getting a spot in England’s initial 23-man Euro 2020 squad.
Having been priced at 15/2 final week, now the 20-year-old is currently only 7/2. That places him only behind Jack Grealish (2/1), who at the weekend expanded his unwanted record of successive Premier League declines as a participant.
Having played under Frank Lampard’s stewardship on loan at Derby County, Mount is currently enjoying lots of game-time today the set have been shrouded in the blue colours of Chelsea.
The youngster scored a hard-fought purpose in the first minute of the Premier League home introduction in Chelsea’s 1-1 draw with Leicester City on Sunday.
