Padraig Harrington has warned prospective members of the European Ryder Cup group there’ll be“no excuses“ for not playing in the BMW PGA Championship next year.
Qualifying for the European team starts ends and this week at Wentworth September, shortly before Harrington takes his side Whistling Straits to defend the Ryder Cup contrary to the Team USA of Steve Stricker.
Harrington is thrilled to find a stellar field teeing it up at the West Course this week, headlined by Rory McIlroy, and he’s intent on watching more of the exact same a year from today when positions on his team for Wisconsin are likely to still be determined.

„Clearly you would not need to enter there using 12 rookies and if two rookies qualify, I will be choosing three experienced guys. We won’t be moving in with 12 rookies, because the rookies have made it for Europe over the years however you desire a mix.
