Antonio Brown is set to match up to the Oakland Raiders on Monday night when he was hung over by a danger of suspension, to end.
The receiver has been through a preseason which included a foot injury caused by also a threat and a device to quit the NFL because of a row over a helmet that he wished to wear which the league deemed unsafe.
Those problems reached a head with reports asserting Brown and Raiders .
The row blew up after Mayock issued Brown with a letter confirming substantial fines for lost practice sessions while solving his helmet problems – Brown subsequently posted the letter Instagram with the words“if your team want to hate“ printed across it.
During the episode, Brown was fortunate to have stated to Mayock“I will hit you in the face“ and then punted a local ball away, adding“good me for that“.
Reports emerged that the Raiders would suspend Brown, at least .
However, amid further claims that Brown had filed an“emotional apology“ for his part from the Mayock row, Raiders head coach Jon Gruden confirmed on Friday the 31-year-old will be available for Oakland’s season opener.
Gruden said:“I don’t actually have a prepared statement but I will only say Antonio is back today. We are very enthusiastic about that and prepared to proceed.
„He’s had a lot of time to consider things and we’re happy to have him back. I understand Raider Nation is excited about this also.“
When asked if he’d play on Monday night,“ Gruden included:“That is the plan, that’s the plan, yes.“
